Payment and Gratuities
In addition to Schilling Medical Spa Gift Cards, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit and Cash. We accept checks over $100 with a valid driver’s license, address and phone number. Gratuities are not included in our pricing and are greatly appreciated.
Return Policy
Products: Gift cards will be given for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of date of purchase. Any products returned must be in original box with unopened original seal. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. No refunds will be given after 30 days.
Gift Cards: Gift cards can be used on any product and/or service Schilling Medical Spa offers. This card is not exchangeable for a cash. We regret we cannot replace gift cards if they are lost or stolen.
Facial or Aesthetic Services: If you are not pleased with a service, please accept our apology and notify us within 24 hours. We will reschedule a complimentary appointment with your aesthetician or medical provider. No cash refunds are given.
Packages & Series: No cash refunds will be given on package or series returns. A Schilling Medical Spa Gift Card will be issued for any remaining balances.
Cancellation Policy
A credit card or gift card is required to reserve all appointments. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required. While we realize emergencies occur, without the required cancellation notice, you will be charged a $50 fee for Medical Services and a $25 fee for Spa Services in the event you do not show for your reserved appointment.
Return Check Policy
A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Any returned check must be paid by cash or money order.
