Cancellation Policy
A credit card or gift card is required to reserve all appointments. If
you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, a 24 cancellation
notice is required. While we realize emergencies can occur, without
the required cancellation notice, you will be charged a $50 fee for
Medical Services and a $25 fee for Spa Services in the event you do
not show for your reserved appointment. Our talented staff depends
on a full schedule for a rewarding career; having this policy helps
us retain great employees! |
